Rapid Test Tube Uncramble/Fill/Cap/Label All-in-one Machine
Suitable for rapid test tube (Covid-19 test tube) production. Tubes are input from unscrambler toward intermittent rotating star wheel. Star wheel hold tubes for high precise filling and capping, then for labeling on tube body or tube cap.
Feature
- Syringe pump or peristaltic pump can be used on the machine’s filling unit, for high precision filling.
- Rotatable cap or aluminum foil sealing can be used on capping unit.
- Double labeling applicators are available for labeling tube side (body or cap) and tube top (cap top). Fixed spot rotation labeling full or half round for tube body. Tamp labeling on tube cap top. Stable and Precise.
- Flexible adjustment for different tube sizes by replacing star wheel and jigs. Quick and Easy.
- Label sensor enable in-time detecting label omission and label breakage.
- Color touch screen and PLC control system for easy operation.
- Standardized components for easy replacement and maintenance.
- Optional equipment includes CCD inspection, defect rejecting systems, and various label printer devices (hot stamping, inkjet, thermal transfer, laser engraving.), for printing data (ex: serial numbers, barcode, QR code.) sent from customers’ database.
- Operated independently , or linked with cartoning machine after labeling unit.
