Emergency stop
  • When the emergency stop is pressed, all machines will stop.
  • After checking and confirming that it is correct, release the emergency stop and resume normal operation.
The label does not fit properly when attached
  • The product is not rotating.
  • Adjust the side plate of the circular label to gently press the bottle so that the label is attached to the bottle and rotated to smooth the label.
Poor labeling accuracy
  • There is an up and down difference when the label is attached.
  • Adjust the angle adjustment mechanism to the appropriate angle.
Bottles cannot be separated
  • The separation wheel speed is too fast.

The mark floats or generates bubbles
  • The round side pressure plate is not pressed tightly.

Roll-fed labeling machine FAQ

When the machine fails, a fault signal will appear on the control screen, and the fault points will be eliminated one by one according to the situation.

  1. Torque overload: In order to protect the star wheel from being pinched by squeezed bottles, this device is specially designed. When removing, just rotate the star wheel clockwise by hand, take out the squeezed bottle, and then turn the star wheel clockwise Rotate to the fixed point to release.
  2. Emergency stop signal: There are three emergency stop switches on this machine. If one of the buttons does not respond, the machine will not operate due to safety considerations. Please check them in sequence.
  3. Power overload: Check the electromagnetic switches MC-1~MC-4 in the main control box and reset them again to recover. If power overload continues to occur, check whether the mechanism has abnormal resistance, causing overload. .
  4. Air pressure is too low: Please check the air pressure gauge. The standard pressure value of the air pressure source must be above 4kg/cm2~5kg/cm2.
  5. Temperature is too low: The temperature of the hot melt adhesive mechanism has not reached the set temperature. Please enter the main screen and check whether the 4 temperatures are normal or the temperature needs to be reset. If the check is normal, the electric heating tube may be damaged and must be repaired. replace.
  6. The handwheel is not released: In order to prevent the manual handwheel from hitting and injuring people when the machine is running, the handwheel must be released before it can operate.
  7. Label end: no label, replace with another roll.
  8. Bottle squeezing: When there is an abnormality in the rear section of the labeling machine, bottles will accumulate on the exit conveyor of the labeling machine. When the signal is displayed, you must wait for the bottles to be completely digested before the front section starts to enter the bottle for labeling, to avoid The bottle squeezed back into the labeling machine, causing a malfunction.
  9. Conveyor motor overload: Check the electromagnetic switch in the main control box and reset it again to recover. If power overload continues to occur, check whether the conveyor has abnormal resistance, causing the conveyor motor to be overloaded.
  10. Blower overload: Check the electromagnetic switch in the main control box and reset it to restore. If there is constant power overload, check whether the blower has abnormal resistance, causing the blower to be overloaded.
  11. Vacuum pump overload: Check the electromagnetic switch in the main control box and reset it again to recover. If power overload continues to occur, check whether the vacuum pump has abnormal resistance, causing the vacuum pump to be overloaded.
  12. Servo driver abnormality: Turn off the power and restart it to reset the servo driver. If the problem cannot be solved, you must contact our company to confirm the problem.
  13. Flying shear abnormality: Turn off the power and restart it to reset the flying shear controller. If the problem cannot be solved, you must contact our company to confirm the problem.
  14. Few labels: A warning will be issued when the labels are almost used up, and you are ready to replace the labels.
  15. The cutter is dull and makes a loud sound: Because the cutter is a consumable part, if the cutter is worn out, resulting in uneven label incisions and excessive cutter sound, the cutter must be replaced.
  16. Continuous cutting: If the cutter is sharp and the label cannot be cut, the contact amount of the cutter must be adjusted so that the label can be cut smoothly.
  17. Insufficient amount of glue or too much glue:
    a. Adjust the pressure regulating valve of the hot melt glue machine. When the pressure is high, the amount of glue will be larger.
    b. Adjust the pressure regulating valve of the hot melt glue machine. When the pressure is low, the amount of glue delivered will be small.
    c. Adjust the positioning screw of the gluing mechanism. The closer the gluing wheel is to the label suction wheel, the greater the amount of glue will be applied.
    d. Adjust the positioning screw of the gluing mechanism. The farther the gluing wheel is away from the label suction wheel, the smaller the amount of gluing will be.
  18. Label difference:
    The possible reason is that the label is incorrect or the bottle is incorrect.
    a. Adjust manual EPC to improve labeling issues.
    b. Adjust the upper star wheel plate to improve the label problem.
  19. The label is not affixed tightly: increasing the pressure on the side pressure guide plate can make the label affixed more tightly.
  20. The label is rewinded and wrinkled on the cutter wheel: adjust the cutter blow valve and the label blow valve to the appropriate blowing volume.
  21. The label is rewinded on the upper rubber wheel:
    a. Clean the remaining glue on the piano wire.
    b. Adjust the position of the piano wire to avoid pressing the label.
  22. Export bottle pouring: adjust the tightness and position of the outlet side pressure belt.
  23. The label cutting length is incorrect: The sensitivity or detection position of the label sensor must be adjusted so that one label has one sensing signal. If one label has more than two signals or no signal, the label cutting length will be incorrect.
  24. The label cutting position is incorrect: Adjust the front and rear position of the label electric eye holder to change the label cutting position.
  25. Feeding star wheel can easily cause bottles to get stuck: Adjust the angle of the feeding screw to match the feeding star wheel. If the bottle is fed into the star wheel too early or too late, it will easily cause bottle jamming.
  26. Glue on the glue block: The machine must be shut down and cleaned before re-operation. The reason for glue on the glue block is usually that the label is cut to an incorrect length or the label is not smoothly adsorbed on the vacuum label suction wheel.
